This was one of the worst holiday that I have ever had . Staff very rude especially towards women, the all inclusive concept of the hotel was really bad , only vodka, gin, and whisky in spirits, the beach bar you had to pay for alcoholic drinks , and mixers , you were allowed diluted pop and tea or coffee , The snacks were on the beach but you also had to pay for these, sunbed cushions also to pay for, bar man shut the bar to suit him and would only serve 1 drink at a time so you couldn't get the round in , food absolutely dreadful, nothing labelled, if you asked what it was they always said meat , also building work going on next to the hotel, if I could give one piece of advice about this hotel it would stay clear from it

Got back yesterday from a week at the Galaxy. After reading the reviews, I was really worried about going. But it wasn't the experience I had. This hotel should be a 2,/3 star. But it was clean and tidy the all inclusive drinks were limited, but they did mainstream coke a cola, Fanta, and sprite, which all went well with the vodka, and the local larger was ok too. Yes, the bar closed at meal times, and the food was better than expected. I love chicken and salad and all meals bar one were tasty. I wasn't a fan of the egg and spinach, which appeared as a choice one evening and and the breakfast could be better. Opted for bread and honey, hard booked eggs, and fesh melon. The swimming pool area was small, and everyone was friendly. The towel on sunbed is an issue at most hotels, and it was at this one. The only reason for not going back to this hotel was the distance from the airport. I found the staff ok, and they had to put up with abuse at times.

I was on vacation with my mom and dad. I'm in my 20s, and I've been to Turkey before, near Alanya, staying at a 5-star Ultra All-Inclusive hotel. I've also stayed at other all-inclusive hotels, but this one was disappointing. I would have rather spent an extra 300 euros to stay at a better place. Unfortunately, we booked through a travel agency that assured us it would be fine. After booking, we saw the reviews and were somewhat prepared, but the reality was worse when we arrived. The only good things were: - The bedrooms have air conditioning and were relatively clean. - The hotel is close to the seaside. - The desserts in the dining area were delicious. - The receptionists spoke English. - The maid was super sweet; the manager should give her a raise. :) That's it. Now, let me present the list of the worst aspects: 1. This is not a 4-star hotel, maybe 2.5 stars at best. 2. You have to pay for cocktails—7 euros—or you can ask for cola and vodka. 3. At the beach, there’s a machine with broken buttons that dispenses chemical-tasting, powdered juices: pineapple, peach, sour cherry, and water. There’s also a machine with 5-6 types of coffee, but the quality was so poor that I couldn’t wait to get home to make my own. And of course, they had hot tea. 4. You can ask for beer (just one type) at the pool bar, but you can't take it to the beach (a 50m walk through a tunnel from the pool to the beach). The likely reason: they want to make money at the beach bar. 5. The beach umbrellas are rusted and worn out, and others look terrible, like mirrors patched with tape. The pictures on various travel websites do not match the reality. 6. The lifeguards (one at the pool, one at the beach, and sometimes just one) were aged between 65-75 and left at 5 PM sharp. Once, a man nearly drowned, and it was the bartender who eventually came to help, although he was slow to respond. Other guests had to step in and help the man. 7. The hotel is really far from Antalya Airport—about 3 hours by car. 8. There is a lady at the hotel who constantly pushes massage services, which can be quite annoying. 9. The pool is much smaller than it appears in the pictures, and some Turkish women were swimming fully clothed, including shoes. (I respect their customs, but there are suitable swim shoes available.) 10. You can't order anything during certain times, for example, between 12:30-14:00, 17:00-17:30, 18:30-21:00, and a few other periods. The waiters are upstairs at the dining area (6th floor) during these times. If you ask for something just before closing, they claim it's too late, citing "cameras" or a locked fridge. They show you the time on their phones to prove it, even though they know they have a few more minutes. They get upset, and one waiter, in particular, was especially rude, shouting in Turkish. 11. The dining area floor was not clean, although the air conditioning worked. However, the area where you choose your food felt like a sauna. Before arriving, I noticed this h

The hotel is terrible please stay away not only the pictures are a scam but the staff are rude and unhelpful! We have checked in at 5am to a room that wasn’t cleaned! The room was dirty and smelly, after couple hours we have found an egg under the bed which just casually rolled out! There was no one to clean the pool while our stay which made the water look like someone poured milk in it. Not even gone start about the food as it’s guaranteed food poisoning every day during your holiday but even after it. Not worth paying all inclusive as they make you pay for drinks anyway!

Attention. This will be a long text. I was with my mom and dad. I'm in my 20's. I've been already once in Turkey, near Alanya, at a 5 star Ultra All Inclusive hotel. I've already been at only all inclusive ones as well. But this hotel.... I would've rather give at least 300 euros and stay at another level. Sadly we booked our vacation with a travel agency, and they said that is ok. After we booked it, we saw the feedbacks... we were somehow aware of the situation, but it was worse when we arrived. The ONLY GOOD THINGS WERE: 1) bedrooms have air conditioning and it was pretty clean though 2) the hotel is close to the sea side. 3) desserts from the dining area, were delicious. 4) the receptionists spoke english only 5) the maid was super cute, the manager should give her a raise. :) That's it. So i will present to you the list of the worst things: * it is not a 4 star hotel, maybe a 2 and half. * you need to pay for COCKTAILS, 7 Euro (or you can ask for Cola and Vodka) * at the beach, you get a machine (with broken buttons), which contains chemical, not fresh, made with powder: pineapple juice, peach juice, sour cherry juice and WATER. Oh, and another machine which has 5/6 types of coffee. To be honest, I couldn't wait to get home (Transylvania) and make myself 6 cups of coffees. You probably can imagine how good the coffee was from that machine. And of course hot tea. * you can ask for beer (one type) at the pool bar, but you can't go with that on the beach (it's a 50 m tunnel from the pool to the beach). Why not? because the guy can not make money on the beach, probably. * the umbrellas at the beach are rusted, used, the other umbrellas are terrible, like a mirror taped with scotch tape. the pictures from different travel webpages does not match the reality. * the lifeguard's age are (one at the pool, one at the beach, and in some days there was just 1 of them) between 65-75, and they are going home after 5 o'clock (16:58). one man was about to drown, the barman from the beach bar came down and sat at the seaside, looking I don 't know what (cause the man was literally drowning..- p.s. he was all right in the end, a bunch of people helped him as well as the barman somehow) Also, this bartender waved to a distinguished gentleman (again, around 50-60 years old) to rush himself and to bring the coil. This one......, that second 'saver' was slower, like sloth or worse to be honest. My granny at 93 was quicker. * it is REALLY FAR AWAY FROM ANTALYA AIRPORT, 3 hours of driving. * at the hotel there is a lady who wants to offer massage possibilities every day. And they are pushy, forcing type of people. * the pool is much smaller than in the pictures, in which the turkish ladies go with all of their clothes in, even with SHOES.(I respect their religion, but there are swimming transparent shoes as well, they should use them) * you can't ask for anything between some period of time, for example you can't ask for cola, sprite, fanta, schweppes between 1

This Hotel by far is not a 4* I have traveled and stayed in many 4* hotels world wide this is more like a 2* if that. The hotel is very basic from rooms to external areas. The swimming pool is small and there is not enough sun lounges by the pool for guests. The food is horrible and that's being polite. Usually there is something edible on an all inclusive basis but not at this place, we ended up eating out most days. They do not cater for British tourists at all. If you are British the hotel Day Manager Lady (if you can call her that) will look to charge you for something in the room on check out - i had a really bad experience, my Daughter had sat on the bed and the dye from her cerise pink swimwear had gone on to the sheet - they charged me not in lira but pounds because i was British they wanted £50 English pounds a Joke right! the sheet would have been back to white after a simple 60 degree wash. The Day Manager did not speak English, a reception guy was translating it was almost like world war 3 between them i was so embarrassed at the reception that i just gave them 50 Euro as i did not have English pounds with me and they were more than happy to accept, when i advised i will be taking the sheet seen as i had paid for it, i was told that i couldn't, when i advised i would not pay they then gave me the sheet Rip off merchants. If i was Turkish i would not have been charged and certainly no a high amount. THE ONLY POSITIVES to this Hotel is the Fabulous Turkish Hammam Spa this is the best spa and massage i have ever had, the staff are really friendly and welcoming, the Turkish Hammam and massage is out of this world, i would defo go back for this, but 1 million percent stay in a different hotel. Mahmut is amazing he is the only person who speaks fluent English, he was fantastic our savior, he made our holiday. he was are go to for everything he is an asset to the sham of the Galaxy hotel. the animation team, Sargen was fantastic, thees staff members are literally the pillars of the Hotel. i would personally like to thank them for making my stay there bearable.

Our stay at Galaxy Beach Hotel was quite a pleasant one overall, despite the negative reviews we read ahead of our stay. It is about 2 hours from Antalya airport, where we flew in from the UK. The best part of the hotel are the staff, who are very helpful and friendly despite the language barrier. As our check-in was around 4am, they gave each person a complimentary box of bread, condiments and tomatoes as a snack which we greatly appreciated the thought of. The rooms we were given were clean and tidy and all the rooms have a balcony. We particularly enjoyed the pool (though you have to be mindful that the whole pool is of equal depth, about 5'8"). The best part of the hotel was the Hammam Spa we had. They offer a range of treatments an packages, we just did the 90 minute package for 30 euros which started with a sauna steam, then the ladies bathe you on the Hammam stone, exfoliate you skin and of course- the soothing foam scrub. It left the skin so smooth and shiny. Additionally it includes a 30 minute full- body massage which was very relaxing and a facial. The treatment ends with sipping a vitamin tea. It is a must do activity as all the ladies are very professional and friendly (Noor and Aksana were 2 out of the 3 ladies we had). The hotel provides some light entertainment and dancing around after 8:30pm which we enjoyed as well. Another plus point is the direct tunnel the hotel had to the Beach. the beach is clean and beautiful with clear water, there are sun loungers available and Galaxy Beach Hotel has an attached bar and restaurant on the beach. where we had a few cocktails (additionally priced). There is also a little market in the hotel itself to shop for souvenirs, clothes, slippers and sweets. In terms of negatives the major one I would say was the food, however this is always a hit-or-miss with all-inclusive hotels. It did have a few delicious dishes, and it also might be that we are not accustomed to their food, however the desserts were very, very sweet. Everything was drenched in sugar syrup (again, might be a thing but just a tip if you want to avoid wastage) We felt bad for wasting as much food as we did, but we couldn't eat some of it. The soups were delicious, breakfast was quite good, drinks were plentiful too. We also enjoyed the tea-time snacks served between 5-5:30pm. Another negative was not being able to get towels. We had to use the same towel for the first 3 days of our stay (for a shower, for the pool, the beach). They only change the towels on the 3rd or 4th day and you can't get any additional towels even if you request it.
